It's important when you are goal setting that for your longer-term goals, you are reaching for the stars. Something that really excites you and gets you sitting on the edge of your seat a little. For your short term goals, the ones that will all add up to the bigger ones, you need to be really clear, and make sure they are achievable. And, lastly, there are plenty of tools you can use to help you. Trello is a great way to break down all of your tasks, prioritise them and keep a visual record of what you are are currently working on. You can split your tasks into "to do", "doing" and "done" lists and celebrate every time something hits the done list!
